Tariq Mansoor was born on 4th April 1982 in Faisalabad, Pakistan. He finished secondary school in Khurrianwala, enrolled higher secondary school certificate F.Sc, in Government College Faisalabad and finished in 1999. During the period from 1999 until 2002 he enrolled University of Punjab Lahore and graduated from the same university with B.Sc (Bachelor of Science). He enrolled his MSc Fibre Technology in 2002 and passed it in 2006 with the research topic “Comparative study of reactive dyes performance with respect to dyeing temperature and time”. From 2007 onward till 2015 he employed in Textile industry “Interloop Limited“, Pakistan. At the end of 2015, he enrolled his PhD at the Technical University of Liberec Faculty of Textile Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Lubos Hes, PhD. His probable PhD theme is “Thermophysiological and sensorial comfort of variance blend socks in wet state” under the mentorship of Prof. Lubos Hes, PhD. He has published 02 papers.
His areas of research interest are knitting yarns, yarn air covering and comfort of fabrics, composites and footwear.
